Long-term staying at the office increases the risk of getting a wide range of gastrointestinal cancer

Image result for gastrointestinal cancer

A new study by Australian researchers has shown that long-term residence increases the risk of high-risk diarrhea, so researchers suggest people to reduce the risk through exercise.

A senior researcher of the Australian Cancer Association of Australia has said, research has shown that the risk of getting a high intestinal cancer of people living longer in the office will increase by 33 percent. Going to work on foot or biking or doing exercise at the office will reduce that danger.

Long staying with many factors related to the risk of cancer including weight levels, smoking habits, alcohol consumption can affect the health status. Long-term survivors face greater risks than those who wish to practice. But staying for a long time is not the cause of serious risk of cancer. As we know, smoking is a major risk of lung cancer, but long staying has not yet reached the level.

One third of cancer can be tested through a healthy lifestyle, such as exercising, eating a healthy diet, smoking cigarettes and reducing alcohol consumption.

Refrigerator Buying Guide

When it comes to refrigerators nowadays, options go far beyond simply getting a glass of ice water without having to open the door. With custom panels, you can get a built-in that exactly matches your kitchen cabinets. And forget four doors—some newer models have five or more. You can even pull out a refrigerated drawer and find it full of frosty sodas. Our fridge-by-fridge guide helps you choose the right type for your home, demystifies claimed vs. usable storage space, and helps you find the least noisy models—so you, and your groceries, can chill out.

Top Freezer

A traditional fridge, that's good for a lot of storage in a fairly tight spot. These tend to offer the most space for their size (typically 30 to 33 inches wide). Manufacturers claim up to 22-cubic-foot capacities, but our tests found about 20 percent less. Allow for a wide swing of the doors, and get used to crouching down to reach lower shelves and drawers.

A bottom-freezer refrigerator.

Bottom Freezer

They range from 30 to 36 inches wide and claimed capacities approach 30 cubic feet, though usable space is less than that of comparable top-freezers (which cost less than these, too). Instead of the freezer (which you use less) being at eye level, your fridge shelves are easily scan-able. Just get used to bending to rifle through frozen goods.
A French-door refrigerator.

French Door

It has two narrow doors on top, and the freezer below. Sometimes there is one drawer (or more) in between. Widths range from 30 to 36 inches. Claimed capacities go up to 30 cubic feet, though usable space doesn’t match that of comparable top-freezer models. The space-saving small-swing doors have the added value of opening only half the fridge when stashing smaller items. More of this style now have the sought-after in-door water/ice dispensers.
A side-by-side refrigerator.

Side-by-Side

With the fridge on one side and freezer on the other, these usually have through-the-door ice and water dispensers and temperature-controlled bins. With widths typically 32 to 36 inches, they claim roughly 30 cubic feet capacity (but only about 70 percent is usable). Narrow doors are a plus for small kitchens, but don’t open wide enough for, say, a pizza box, and tall, narrow compartments make items stuck at the back hard to find. Overall, they’re not as energy- or space-efficient.
A built-in refrigerator.

Built-In

Pricey and made to fit almost flush with cabinets and counters, these sleek beauties typically come in bottom-freezer and side-by-side styles, ans also French-door or four-door. These are usually wide (36 inches plus), with 25 cubic feet capacity (of which only about 70 percent is usable). Look for optional front panels to match your kitchen cabinets. Get the look for a little less with freestanding cabinet-depth versions. Another built-in option: A column fridge, as narrow as 18 inches, to make the most of every kitchen nook.
A mini fridge.

Compact or Mini

Perfect for a dorm room, your office, or a kitchenette. Keep in mind that some models have only one quarter the capacity of a regular fridge, but cost just as much to operate. Temperature performance can be iffy in some models (allowing it to rise above 40 degrees F, the point at which your food starts to sprout harmful bacteria), so save these minis for sodas and other beverages or for temporary storage of snacks (rather than milk, mayo, or other perishables).

Consider Size

Most configurations come in a range of sizes and capacities. Always measure where you plan to put the refrigerator before you buy. Check that it can fit through doorways. Allow room for the refrigerator's doors to swing open, and for a one inch clearance around sides and back for adequate airflow.
As for capacity, most manufacturers recommend 19 to 22 cubic feet for a family of four. But if you do a big weekly shopping trip or buy in bulk, you may need more—up to about 30 to 33 cubic feet. Note: Our tests found that the amount of usable storage capacity was often less than the amount claimed

The United Nations Infectious Diabetes Institute and Infectious Disease has announced that it will undertake a major assessment of the combination of HIV vaccine in South Africa.

The combination includes vaccination vaccine and other vaccination vaccines. In 2009 an experiment in Thailand has shown that the vaccine can reduce the risk of HIV infection by 31 percent. After improving the vaccine, scientists have performed the first small test in South Africa, which has resulted in the vaccine that is safe.

The Taarif released by the Institute said a major attempt will be made in November 15 in South Africa, which will involve 5,400 adults aged 18 to 35 who are more vulnerable to HIV infection. Each participant will be vaccinated with a vaccine or placebo five times throughout the year. The results are expected to be announced second half of 2020.

Why do dogs love humans?

In order to disclose how dogs have become animal and human beings, scientists have confirmed some genes that can make the dog calm.

Previously, some scientists felt that many types of wolves have changed into the current dog after human beings, but they do not know the reason for the evolution of dog behavior. Heritage Aborigines Mr. Bridgett von Holdt from Princeton University and Mr. Monique Udell from the University of Oregon has investigated dog genes and discovered the source of diversity between dogs and wolves.

Scientists have experimented with 18 dogs and 10 dogs. The task of dogs and wolves is to search hidden sausage in one of the boxes. Wolves conquered the dogs, even when humans were near, wolves could be satisfied with their work, but dogs can not, they spend much longer looking at humans rather than seeking sausage.

Scientists have examined genes of dogs and wolves, and discover that GTF2I genes and GTF2IRD1 of dogs have changed, which make them more eager for humans.

Rio Ferdinand: Retired footballer to launch pro boxing career

Rio Ferdinand

Rio Ferdinand is launching a new career as a professional boxer, two years after he retired from football.
The 38-year-old's move into the ring is being backed by betting company Betfair, which announced the news on Tuesday.
Former Manchester United and England defender Ferdinand works as a TV pundit and he has his own clothing line.
"I'm doing this because it's a challenge," he said. "I've won titles and now I'm aiming for a belt."
He has posted several social media videos in recent months showing him boxing and working with personal trainer Mel Deane.
Ferdinand, who won the Premier League six times and the Champions League once during his time in Manchester, may follow in the footsteps of former Birmingham City midfielder Curtis Woodhouse and former Crystal Palace forward Leon McKenzie, who became professional boxers after quitting football. Woodhouse became British super-lightweight champion.
Former England cricket captain Andrew Flintoff also launched a boxing career after retiring, winning his only pro bout in December 2012 against American Richard Dawson at Manchester Arena on points.
It was Betfair who approached Ferdinand about making the switch, and the betting company will help him qualify for his British Boxing Board of Control licence before he begins training and competing.
The company previously backed Victoria Pendleton in her transition from Olympic cyclist to Cheltenham jockey.
"When Betfair approached me about the challenge, the chance to prove myself in a new sport was a real draw," added Ferdinand.
He will be coached by Team GB coach and former WBC super-middleweight champion Richie Woodhall.
"In all honesty, I think Rio can definitely box as a professional given time. He has natural power in his right hand, is extremely fit and is very enthusiastic to learn which is encouraging," said Woodhall.
"Style wise, he's very raw and I'll have to develop this which will take time but he has all the natural ingredients, height and reach advantages over boxers in his weight division and definitely has potential to win a title in the future.
The former centre-back started his career with West Ham and also played for Leeds and QPR, making more than 500 career club appearances. He was capped 81 times for England.
Woodhouse told BBC Radio 5 live he was "shocked" to hear of Ferdinand's career change.
"When it came up on my Twitter feed that Rio Ferdinand was going to become a professional boxer I thought I'd been hacked," he said. "It's not something you read every day is it?
"I've been retired three years myself and one thing I missed - and he's probably going through himself at the minute - is the competitiveness of being an athlete.
"Once that's taken away from you it's very, very difficult to replace it, so that's probably what he's chasing - to get that competitiveness back in his life."
